Description

I care for patients of all ages-- from newborn through old age-- and provide a full range of primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, mental health, etc.), gynecologic care, family planning, contraception, and support for substance use disorder. I enjoy coaching patients toward better health in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with their values and everyday life. My goal is to provide tools and knowledge to help patients feel confident and empowered in their decision-making. Outside of the clinic, I have a passion for partnering with communities to advocate for better health for all-- especially for those who face unequal health barriers. I also teach and mentor medical students and residents, which keeps me inspired and continually learning.
